PeerAI.org is an independent organization that uses AI to improve the integrity of biomedical research. By integrating AI into the peer-review process, PeerAI.org aims to enhance precision, transparency, and reproducibility in science evaluation.
1) A scientist submits a research study to a journal or a study proposal to a funding agency.
2) The journal's editor or the program manager (PM) at the funding agency can request an expert opinion from independent peer reviewers.
3) The scientist usually can address the reviewers' feedback and make revisions, upon which the editor/PM decides whether to decline or accept the study for publication/funding.
